- Childhood trauma
- Low self-esteem
Trauma and other issues can be addressed and often transformed, using a holistic and depth psychological approach. The issues we face are often a result of: 1) having lost connection with who we are, or 2) how we have moved through life is no longer working for us. This is often experienced as irritability, inner confusion, and pain. These inner conflicts can sometimes manifest as repeating patterns of negative behavior, unsatisfying relationships, a feeling of being stuck, a loss of purpose, and even unexplained illness. Addressing these issues in a deeper way, than merely attempting to “fix” the issues, can offer us a deeper connection with ourselves, and a new, or remembered sense of who we are. It is a process of surrender and self-realization.
